Our founding partners saw a need in the industry to be more than just a residential mortgage broker, but one that could uniquely identify a client’s needs beyond the real estate purchase or refinance at hand. Not only a licensed mortgage broker for over 12 years, one of our founding partners is also a series 7 and 63 licensed securities representative with a boutique NY Investment Bank. Consequently, our firm has set a culture of advising clients for optimal wealth creation and management that leverages usually their largest assets, real estate.

Our team has many years of experience with long runway before them. They firmly believe in building and leaving a legacy that will bless generations to come.

Consequently, our Founders are also missionary philanthropists. They founded and currently serve on the board of directors of the Virtua Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charitable foundation. Its mission is to provide development, assistance and empowerment to other non-profit and NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) both domestically and internationally. The Virtua Foundation is the recipient of the U.S. Embassy Grant in Tanzania, assisting over 7000 villagers with clean water, 100 children at an orphanage, and 150 children’s tuition in Uganda. Prior to the Virtua Foundation, our founder was Vice-Chair of an Ethiopian education fund primarily supporting over 500 girls in primary and secondary school.
