From an Industry perspective, Duy has deep experience in structured finance across all types and aspects of Real Estate – financing, development, commercial, residential, mixed use, restaurant, hotel and hospitality, financing, sales and development. Duy recently closed a series A round for a logistics/transportation company servicing Amazon. His deep industry knowledge and experience enables his position as a resource of first resort from initiation through due diligence, financing and closing; with particular involvement with strategic fundraising for senior, equity, mezzanine, pre-sales, and gap financing.
